Community Outreach Model

This model reflects our commitment to ministering with compassion and consistency to individuals living in nursing homes, residential facilities, and group homes. Many residents in these settings are isolated from typical church life, and we bring the church to them.

Our team of trained staff and volunteers provide:

  • Interactive Worship Services with music, Scripture, prayer, and Christ-centered messages

  • Devotional and Spiritual Activities, including Bible stories, crafts, and seasonal celebrations

  • Personal Visitation and Prayer, offering encouragement and pastoral presence

  • Spiritual Companionship, building trust and relationships over time

Loving All Neighbors

Through this outreach, we promote dignity, hope, and spiritual nourishment, affirming that everyone is a cherished child of God.

This model nurtures spiritual well-being, connection, and dignity, affirming that all people, regardless of ability or living situation are cherished children of God.

T.E.A.C.H.

As a hallmark of this model, T.E.A.C.H. guides our approach:

  • Train volunteers and ministry partners to serve effectively

  • Educate facilities on the value of spiritual care

  • Build Awareness of spiritual needs among residents and staff

  • Offer ongoing Coaching to teams for sustainable ministry

  • Share the Hope of Christ through every interaction
