Voice of Care, a 501c3 Lutheran Church Missouri Synod Recognized Service Organization, seeks a part-time (48-60 hours per month) Executive Director. Voice of Care equips churches to reach and serve people with disabilities and their caregivers, providing resources and training in five key focus areas: Congregational Ministries, Facilities Ministry, Disability Awareness Ministry, Outdoor Ministry, and Respite Care Ministry.
The primary duty of the Executive Director is to take the mission statement and visions set forth by the Board of Directors and convey that to congregations and potential donors. The Executive Director also works with the staff to make an annual action plan from these visions and overs sees the execution of this plan by the staff within the budgetary constraints set forth by the Board. The Executive Director supervises the Administrative Assistant, Program Director, and Director of Development.
